秋葵烘蛋

Ingredients:
Okra --------------------- 8 – 10, cut into pieces
Eggs --------------------- 4
Coconut Milk ------------- 2 tbsp (Can also use milk)
Korean Hot Pepper Paste -- 2 tsp (Or to your taste)
Vegetable Oil ------------ 1 tsp
Salt --------------------- to taste
Direction:
1, Whisk hot pepper paste into coconut milk, set aside.
2, Break and beat the eggs, whisk in the hot pepper mixture.
3, Heat a sauce pan with a tsp of oil, gently sauté okra pieces for a minute. Turn the heat to the lowest setting, pour in the egg mixture. Cover with lid and let it slowly bake inside the sauce pan for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs set. Break with spatula and sprinkle with salt to taste.
